We are waiting for you in the historical hall of the Metropol Hotel on September 18 at 13.00! Brunch at the Metropol Hotel will be held 2–4 times a month on Sundays. September 18, guests will find Mushroom brunch with the author's menu: a salad with baked pumpkin, oyster mushrooms and nut dressing, tortino with venison, cranberries and mushrooms, homemade noodles with mushrooms, juicy stewed rabbit with mushrooms and mustard, and much more. And for dessert - strudel with porcini mushrooms and pine nuts and the most tender panna cotta with white truffle.
